In this case you need to tell us at least with 2 weeks before so we can consider and have it in consideration , remember we have many other Giant Body Souls looking for a class and this will help us to attend everybody.
For now you have access to your classes schedule and have a pre session to clarify any doubts, in the near future we will have Round tables with experts, special sessions and more.
Our classes are a small format attendance , usually 3 and our limit is 4 participants per class. Each class with a 50/55 min duration.
*Some special classes are 30 or 90 minutes.

At least 24 hours before, but if you send us a WA we may have a space sooner.
In this case must be 24 hours before your class, we understand that unexpected emergencies can happen. If the cancellation occur less 24 hours the class will be discounted of your pack or if it was a single class have no refund.
Yes we have a 1 personal free class, you need to send a WA and we will be glad to schedule your visit in the nearest space that fits better to you.
