I lead group classes and personalized training sessions, always adapting to my clients needs and guiding them closely through their fitness journey.

My passion for wellbeing and preventive health has guided me to develop initiatives and projects that integrate functional training, mindful movement, intelligent nutrition, and supplementation—all designed to enhance wellness at every stage of life. I am also a certified Life Coach specializing in leadership and personal development, supporting individuals in unlocking their potential and building a more balanced, empowered, and fulfilling life.
